    Headquartered in Marietta, GA (outside Atlanta), Radiance Solar designs, builds and maintains solar energy projects throughout the southeast for both utilities and corporate clients.

    Challenges:

    Tasked with becoming a Sponsor and launching multiple registered apprenticeship tracks on a roughly 90-day timeline, the company was struggling with how to launch and manage the program while staying compliant without generating a paperwork and labor nightmare for the team.

    All GoSprout adoption starts with a guided tour. We encourage you to prepare questions and invite your colleagues who ultimately be using the platform to administer your program(s).

    Once you’ve made payment, your guided implementation begins. We’ll create a list of your existing programs, partners, apprentices, & more and be sure we get them in all implemented in the system.

    GoSprout is a cloud platform. Once invites go out, sponsor, employer, RTI provider, and journeyworker users access the platform through any connected device via their browser.

    Apprentices download the free GoSprout app on iOS or Android.

    An existing apprenticeship track can be onboarded in less than a month.

    We’ve helped companies become their own sponsor and launch their own new apprenticeship tracks in less than 90 days.

    GoSprout does not charge for administrative users so you may invite your whole team and those of any stakeholders for whom you are managing programs.

    GoSprout charges by the enrolled apprentice and there is no upper limit.

    GoSprout is a cloud platform.

    Apprentices interact with the iOS or Android app and its notifications.
