    Headquartered in Marietta, GA (outside Atlanta), Radiance Solar designs, builds and maintains solar energy projects throughout the southeast for both utilities and corporate clients.

    Tasked with becoming a Sponsor and launching multiple registered apprenticeship tracks on a roughly 90-day timeline, the company was struggling with how to launch and manage the program while staying compliant without generating a paperwork and labor nightmare for the team.

    After taking a guided tour, the team realized they had a found solution that would keep the administration streamlined make compliance management a breeze.
